Henry County grew 22.3% between 2015 and 2025, and the I-75 corridor through McDonough has turned into one of metro Atlanta's busiest logistics build-outs. Highline Warren is putting $170 million and 160 jobs into a 1.1 million square foot logistics center at 830 Highway 42 South, with operations starting in late 2026. We plan for it: crews travel as a unit and arrive ready to work, and we talk through the schedule with you before you build yours around us.

How fast can you start a McDonough project?

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. Sconyers Concrete is fully bonded and insured with general liability and workers comp coverage. We can provide certificates of insurance to GCs and property managers on request.

Do you only do new construction, or also concrete repair and replacement?

We do both. New pours for ground-up commercial builds, plus tear-out and replacement for failed warehouse floors, deteriorated parking fields, and dock aprons that have started to break up under trailer traffic. On a replacement we diagnose why the subgrade failed before we re-pour — otherwise you buy the same problem twice.

What size projects do you take on?

Commercial only, and the bigger the better — building pads, warehouse floors, full parking fields, and truck courts. We are not set up for residential driveways or patios. Sidewalks, stairs, and ADA work get self-performed as part of a larger site package rather than quoted on their own.

Do you serve all of Henry County?

Yes — McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, Ola, and the surrounding south metro. Most of our work is as a subcontractor to GCs, so we are used to fitting into a tight construction sequence: subgrade prep, plumbing rough-in, electrical conduit, then us.
